Yet another wonderful day in Retirement

Weather was iffy...but we took a chance and we are so glad we did.    No words can adequately describe the day...so I shall just share pictures.

The lighting varied so much throughout the day with a combination of sunshine, fog, some drizzle and varied cloud cover.   We got it all....except the ICE and SNOW.  We hope you enjoy!

  1. Boy, oh boy, you sure do have some nice beaches there. We've never been anywhere other than on the Pacific Ocean beaches, from Alaska through California. May have to come across the country one day and see some of those white sands!
Merry Christmas to you, and have a Happy New Year. Stay warm.

  2. The next to the last is my favorite! Love the ocean when it looks angry. The white sands are amazing. So glad you ventured out.

  3. They were all beautiful pictures!! We thought you should have some of them framed. The wreath you made was fantastic. Tell Bob he has to get in touch with his feminine side! We wish you both a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

  6. Well, now I'm pretty well caught up, so Merry Christmas to you both, and to your family. Donna and I are going to spend the day here at home, by ourselves, since kids and grands went back home yesterday. We are so fortunate that we have two of our kids families here, and the other two are up in Oregon City and Gresham.
